The A3 Strategy Deployment Process is an approach that uses the A3 thinking principles and process to systematically plan and deploy your organization’s strategies to the functional and individual levels. With this process, you will be able to focus on the things that are truly important, and steer your organization from the Current State to the Desired State, versus talking about everything. The A3 is the tool which gives life to the strategic planning process and eventually enables alignment within the organization. The benefits include:
